- Valid Trade Licence
- Transfer & Registration Letter (in Arabic)
- Authorized Person's Emirates ID
- Memorandum of Association (Legal Arabic Translation)
- Free Zone: NOC for ownership transfer from Free Zone Authority
- Electronic mortgage release (if any)
Government & Diplomats
Local & Federal Entities
- Emirates ID of authorized person
- Official letter stating transfer to the new owner
- Electronic technical inspection & insurance
- Emirates ID (or Diplomatic Card)
- NOC from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for consulate plates)
- NOC from Consulate (if diplomat is the buyer)
