  • Memorandum of Association (Legal Arabic Translation)
  • Sale and Purchase agreement with the company
Free Zones (Jafza, Media City, Airport)
  • All standard company documents listed above
  • Letter from the Free Zone Authority
Government & Diplomatic
  • Official letter from the Governmental Entity
  • NOC from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for consulate plates)
  • Authorized Person's Emirates ID
Technical Inspection: Mandatory if the current registration/licence has already expired before the cancellation process.
